We are delighted to invite you to submit articles to our scientific journal Journal of Sport & Disability, dedicated to sport for people with disabilities.
Our journal, aiming to promote knowledge and enhance research in the field of disability sport, aspires to become a landmark for researchers, educators, health professionals, and all those interested in highlighting the achievements and challenges faced by athletes with disabilities.
Thematic areas
We invite authors from Greece and abroad to submit original articles, case studies, reviews, and analyses on the following topics, but not limited to:
- Organization and management of disability sport
- Sport for people with disabilities in education
- Training methods and techniques in disability sport
- Psychology and psychosocial support for athletes with disabilities
- Medical and physiotherapy issues in disability sport
- Technological innovations and aids for athletes with disabilities
- Social and cultural issues related to disability sport
- Policies and support programmes for disability sport
How submission works
Greek or English
Articles are submitted in Greek or English, following the writing guidelines.
Anonymous peer review
All articles undergo anonymous peer review to ensure the quality and academic integrity of the publications.
English translation
Articles submitted only in Greek must also be sent in English within three months of their publication.
